Marco Mossa Verre is a post-doctoral research fellow in criminal law at the University of Luiss. He earned his Master’s degree in Law, cum laude, from the University of Pisa, and completed his Doctorate in Juridical Sciences, also cum laude, at the University of Milan. His doctoral thesis focused on exploring the interplay between environmental reparation and corporate criminal liability. He has been a visiting researcher at the Institute of European and International Criminal Law of the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. He authored publications in the field of corporate criminal liability, environmental criminal law and non-punishment clauses. He has been a post-doctoral research fellow at the “Beccaria” Department of the University of Milan and is a participant of the Observatory for the Effectiveness of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 at the Court of Milan.
