Antimafia Interdictions and Cooperative Compliance Tools. PRIN 2022 “Borderline” Conference (Naples, June 23, 2025)

On June 23, 2025, the University of Naples “Federico II” research unit will host the conference “Le interdittive antimafia e gli strumenti di bonifica aziendale” (Antimafia Interdictory Measures and Corporate Remediation Tools), a new event within the framework of the 2022 PRIN “BORDERLINE” project.

The event, which will take place at 2:30 PM at the Spinelli Lecture Hall of the Department of Political Science (Via Leopoldo Rodinò, 22 – Naples), will focus on administrative measures for the prevention of mafia infiltration and mechanisms for corporate remediation, with particular attention to judicial control of companies and collaborative prevention.

Following institutional greetings by Rector Prof. Matteo Lorito, the Vice President of the Italian Scientific Society for Mafia Studies Prof. Stefano D’Alfonso, and the Principal Investigator of the project Prof. Antonio Gullo, the conference will unfold over two thematic sessions.

The first, dedicated to Antimafia interdictions and collaborative prevention, will be introduced and chaired by Prof. Vincenzo Maiello (University of Naples “Federico II”) and will feature contributions from Dr. Ignazio Portelli (President of ANFACI), Dr. Caterina Criscenti (President of the Administrative Court – TAR – of Reggio Calabria), Dr. Vincenzo Salamone (President of the TAR of Naples), Dr. Luigi Maria D’Angiolella (President of the Administrative and Community Law Chamber of Campania), and Prof. Margherita Interlandi (University of Naples “Federico II”).

The second session, focused on judicial control, will be chaired by Prof. Giuseppe Amarelli (University of Naples “Federico II”) and will include contributions from Prof. Anna Maria Maugeri (University of Catania), Dr. Giorgio Fidelbo (Italian Supreme Court of Cassation), Prof. Costantino Visconti (University of Palermo), and Dr. Raffaello Magi (Italian Supreme Court of Cassation).
