Alessandro Preve is currently a PhD student in Law and Business, focusing on criminal law, at Luiss Guido Carli University, where he is also a teaching assistant in Criminal Law and in Criminal Compliance & Risk Management.
In 2021, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Law cum laude and special mention from Luiss University, presenting a thesis in Criminal Law that received the Thesis of Excellence award for 2020/2021.
During his studies, he participated in the Erasmus Program at the University of Copenhagen.
He has authored publications on criminal law and corporate criminal liability.
