Elisabetta Pietrocarlo is Research Fellow in Criminal Law at Luiss University, where she obtained cum laude her PhD in ‘Law and Business’, defending a thesis on ‘Criminal Propensity, Predictive Algorithms and Criminal Justice’. She also earned cum laude Luiss’ Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law. She was International Visiting Scholar at American University – Washington College of Law (Washington D.C., USA). She authored publications on corporate criminal law (corporate crime, bankruptcy offenses, corporate criminal liability) and AI and criminal law. She is member of the Editorial staff of Diritto penale contemporaneo – Rivista trimestrale and Criminal Justice Network.
