Giuseppe Di Vetta is Assistant Professor in Criminal Law at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, where he obtained her Phd in Law. He was post-doctoral fellow for five years. He has been Visiting Research Fellow at École normale supérieure (ENS, Paris), and at Global Scholars Academy at IGLP-Harvard Law School. He has published the monograph La responsabilità da reato degli enti nella dimensione transnazionale (Giappichelli, 2023) and many other scholarly articles dealing with criminal law theory, criminal corporate liability, organized crime, and tax crime. He has been involved in and contributed to national and international research projects. His research interests embrace transnational corporate criminal liability, the meaning of transnational in criminal law matters, criminal law’s spatiality within the post-national scenario, among others.
